We employ Shared SSL once you enter our shopping cart program. You will note that the URL changes to 'https' which is your assurance that everything is being encrypted.

If you include a credit card number with your order it's number is also changed via random numbers we just make up prior to it's being sent so we have to change it back using those random numbers we just made up. And then your credit card information is forgotten by our web server so it's not even there for someone to find.

Keep in mind that each manufacturer has their own rules about how they get paid. This is not a 'one size fits all' situation here. First time buyers will have to field some inquirers from manufacturers when you first place an order with them.

We even included a payment method called "New Customer" so you don't have to tell us anything about payments via the internet. We will call you after the order is received and help you set up your credit with the manufacturers you ordered from.

T.H.G. Eco Network does not process your credit card. This information is forwarded to the manufacturers as your requested way to make payment. When payments are made they are directly to the manufacturer and not made until your order ships.

We do employ cookies for several reasons which should make shopping with us more convenient. You can start an order, then return at a later time to finish it. So it's no big deal if the phone rings while your placing an order. That's OK. We well remember where you left off. I think I have that set for about 15 days so you'll have about 2 weeks time to finish up a pending order.

We do employ cookies that remember you. Everything except your CC info. This way you only have to fill in the 'Who you are' and 'Shipping info.' one time. We remember this stuff for about a year.

If you delete the cookie(s) (not a big deal, many people do clear out their cookies) that was our memory of you so you will have to fill in all forms again.

E-mail addresses on our mail list are not sold or given to anybody.

E-mail addresses given to us on the order forms are not sold, we may use it to communicate with you, but wasn't that the idea?

As far as I know that's as secure as we can make it. As secure as any web site can be.

Almost forgot, some of our manufacturers wanted to have their catalogs password protected so we did that. We only give the password to people who have credentials. (We need to know you are a a store owner / buyer.) Here is were you can request the password.
