Hemp Traders is a wholesaler with no minimum order. This catalog only sample and small wholesale prices.
Production Orders/Pre-Orders
Production orders (Greater than 500 Yards or 1200 shirts per style) are shipped directly from our factories. Payment is due at the time the order ships. We can ship by sea to any port in the world free of cost. Prices are CIF for any port. Deliver time is 6-12 weeks. Airfreight is extra. Customers receiving shipments are responsible for their own brokerage fees, duty fees, and inland transportation.

SHIPPING & FREIGHT COSTS
Small Orders (less than 500 Yards or 1200 shirts) We ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles using Fed Ex. Customers have the option to have their orders shipped Ground Service (1-5 days), or Express shipments of 3 Day, 2 Day, or Overnight.
For customers who live in Alaska or Hawaii we ship using U.S. Priority Mail, and we will adjust invoice to lower the freight cost at the time of processing.
for customers living outside the United States, we ship using the U.S. Postal Service, The two options available for shipping are Express International ( (5 days) and Priority Mail International (6-10 days).
Large Orders (Greater than 500 Ibs.) Larger orders which ship from our Los Angeles warehouse will ship standard trucking companies.

PAYMENT
We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, paypal, and wire Payment is due at time of shipment, not time of order, so credit card not charged until the day the order is shipped. We do not offer credit terms.
RETURN POLICY
We guarantee all our products and services. If for any reason you do not like your product when you receive it, you can return it for a full refund. Call our office to notify us of the return and we will provide you with instructions. All claims of defects or shortages must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. No claims will be accepted if the product is cut, dyed, or altered in any way.
