We monitor the working conditions in our production facilities and conduct business in a way that respects people, the earth and the intelligent mind.

METHODS OF PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:
Prepayment by Check, wire transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover)
International orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds. Can ship COD - Cashier's check or COD - Company check with prior credit approval. There is a $7.00 fee per box for COD shipments. Ship UPS to all domestic, Canadian and international accounts.
CLAIMS:
All claims of defects or shortages must be made within seven days if receipt of goods.
RETURNS:
All returns must be preauthorized by phone to receive a return authorization number. Returns without an RA number will be refused. Your account will be credited upon inspection of goods. We do not issue refunds.
REFUSED AND RETURNED ORDERS:
All such orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to all shipping and handling charges.
MINIMUMS:
There is a $150.00 minimum on all orders.
