happy 10th anniversary earthdog! neither of us imagined at the time we started making our first collars for our dogs that we would reach such a milestone as a 10th anniversary. we weren't planning on selling anything to anyone, rather enjoying our attempts to provide our dogs with a piece of gear that properly represented their unique personalities. well, one thing led to another (as it often does) and it is to all of our retailers who have supported our efforts that we shout an enormous "thank you" for helping us get here.

with your support we continue to strive to create unique, eco-conscious products that dogs and people alike will love. hemp, with its amazing versatility, has enabled us to create an entire product line of eco-friendly, durable goods that we are proud to offer. we gather our inspiration from our pack, 14 strong, and they never let us down. they're all rescues from various walks of life and its misfortunes, and one way or another, have found their way to us. you'll find their names on our collar patterns and their images throughout our line (you're also likely to hear them barking when you call us).

at the end of the day, the cornerstone of our company remains the love of our dogs and the enrichment they add to our lives. we're once again reminded who and what we are: a family with a family business. we trust that the dogs in your life will enjoy these offerings as much as ours do.

Minimum order $200.00. $100.00 Minimum on reorders.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for online orders. We also accept checks, money orders and cash for orders placed by phone.

RETURNS:
You must be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from Earthdog. If for any reason, you are not delighted with any merchandise you buy from us, just return it in “as purchased” condition within 30 days. We will promptly exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. Any return that causes the original order to fall below the minimum "free shipping" order size of $20 will result in a $5 service charge because the original order size is now below $20. In the case of exchanges, you will be charged a one-time $5 service charge.

SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping with all orders over $20 in the domestic US. We ship via US Priority Mail and FedEx Ground. We will process orders promptly and ship most items within 2 - 3 days. You will be notified of any exceptions.
